Annual Returns

Annual returns and statutory filings are maintained as per applicable Companies Act and RBI requirements. Copies are available on request via the Nodal Officer.

Policies

Board-approved policies governing fair practices, KYC, risk management and related-party transactions are in place and reviewed periodically.

Complaints & Grievance Redressal

Any complaint or grievance may be addressed to the Nodal Officer of the Company. Communications are reviewed and acknowledged in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines.
